The perfect system for T-A

Last week, T-A’s owner received a call that changed everything

A regional supermarket wants to partner with T-A Beverages to deliver 5000 bottles per week including 500ml, 1L and 5L containers

The delivery schedule should be Monday and Thursday,  representing now 3x their current production

T-A uses a legacy system for sales and delivery, and relies on 2 other softwares to reach out the suppliers when they run out of bottles, manage the production, etc.

At this level, the business will be complex to scale and while searching on internet, T-A’s owner discovered that the Odoo MRP could solve this

The questions are : 

  1. How to set up bills of materials ?
  2. How to coordinate the production ?
